Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on Campaign Management: Optimize Paid Social Media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment
2. Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
3. Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship and development, performance management, and subject matter expertise to your team
4. Data Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize Paid Social Media campaigns, tracking and owning key performance metrics, reporting out to various stakeholders
5. Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice of the Paid Social Team, owning written and verbal communications to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to align Paid Social efforts with broader marketing objectives
