Social Media Manager Job Description
Monthly-Develop and execute Social Media strategies across all platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to increase
engagement, followers, and website traffic.
Weekly-Create and curate compelling and relevant content (including graphics, videos, and blog posts) to share on Social Media platforms.
Weekly-Monitor Social Media trends and analyze metrics to adjust strategies and tactics
accordingly. Provide a weekly report to RM of trends for each studio.
Daily and Monthly- Develop and implement paid Social Media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Daily- Collaborate with all studios to ensure brand consistency and develop cohesive
campaigns. Please see the guidelines on Stretch Net. If staff is not dressed appropriately, belts and straps are in worn condition (Clemson), guidelines at bottom, then we need deny the video and explain why.
Daily-Respond to Social Media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Emojis are not a professional or informative response. Remember the goal is to excite them and drive them to the studio to book or website to book online.
Daily- Stay up-to-date with Social Media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.
Daily duties:
-Attend weekly Planning and Review meetings for Marketing Initiatives.
-Provide weekly updates to the Regional Manager for GM Meetings on marketing initiatives, time frames, content and statistics for metrics like engagement and followers increase up-down per location. This report should be done weekly and given to RM.
-Ensure uniformity of marketing presentations as it relates to in studio collateral, acrylics, TV, other.
-Develop a Marketing campaign for in studio TV Presentations supporting corporate and self-generated marketing initiatives. Content should change on the first business day of the month.
-Staying up to date on all corporate marketing initiatives.
-Help create marketing campaigns, special promotions and create collateral for both studio use and Social Media posting.
-Support our pop-up events by proactive posting and creating on site content posts reels and stories.
-Use SOCI to respond to online IG/FB comments/questions daily using brand specific messaging. (SOCI)
-Plan and populate Social Media posts for each month using SOCI scheduler. Including specific instructions for content creation at each studio.
-Respond to specific tags and DMs through the IG app for all studios.
-Expand our community outreach with businesses, groups, and organizations in the health and wellness arena to generate more opportunities for pop up events.
-Create marketing content to help each studio meet their KPMs as it relates to reviews, referrals, and testimonials.
-Create and respond to our sponsor posts such as Supra Cycling and Greenville Triumph Soccer.
-Create or distribute a minimum of 2 email blasts per month using MY Emma Platform, supporting local sales or corporate promotional campaigns or general information content provided by corporate.
Goals:
*Increase our engagement and follower base per studio by 5% monthly.
*Create 1 promotion per quarter for all studios to drive online engagement.
*Studio Requirements:
*Daily posting of studio videos for reels or story.
*4 testimonials per month either post or video.
*5 Google Reviews per month.
*Expected Hours: 10-12 per week
