Position Overview:
As the Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a captivating Social Media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and promote our property management services. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of Social Media trends. Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce visually appealing and compelling content for Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create a variety of content types, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts, to showcase our properties, services, and company culture.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to optimize our online presence.
- Brand Voice and Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all Social Media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall branding and messaging strategies.
- Engagement and Community Building:
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase follower engagement and growth.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze Social Media performance using relevant tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, using data to inform future content strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and property management, to gather content and showcase the breadth of our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Social Media management and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools.
- Passion for staying updated on Social Media trends and industry developments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the property management or real estate industry is a plus.

Pay: $18.81 - $21.53 per hour
