Social Media Manager/Administrative Assistant

We're a growing company in search of a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Social Media Marketing and Administrator. This position encompasses responsibilities in both Social Media management and administrative tasks, with a specific focus on online store management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee our Social Media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Generate and schedule content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

- Monitor and report on Social Media performance, analyzing metrics and making adjustments as needed.

- Engage with our audience by managing online communities and responding to comments and direct messages.

- Create visually appealing content.

- Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and maintaining records.

- Oversee online store management, including inventory updates, order fulfillment, and customer service.

- Assist in coordinating campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in Social Media marketing, administration, and online store management.

- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and their best practices.

- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
