Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager :

• Manage all interns and oversee all Social Media operations
• Craft and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Conceptualize, create, and curate compelling content across various Social Media platforms.
• Take charge of managing all Social Media channels, including post scheduling and audience engagement.
• Lead the development and editing of written, video, and photo content for impactful Social Media campaigns.
• Participate in events to provide live Social Media coverage, showcasing our company's initiatives and activities.
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging coherence across all Social Media channels.
• Stay abreast of Social Media trends and industry updates to remain ahead of the curve.
• Analyze Social Media metrics, generating insightful reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media into overarching marketing strategies.
• Assist in devising and executing Social Media advertising and influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements for Education and Experience:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing Social Media platforms for businesses or organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Social Media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital media editing software.

Working Conditions:

• This position is remote or in office.
• Applicants must be based in Los Angeles for in office work.
• Tasks primarily involve desk-based computer work.
