Key Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing graphics and edit photos and videos to enhance our online presence. Proficiency in tools like Canva and CapCut is a must.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligns with our brand's voice.
Trend Monitoring and Algorithm Adaptation:
- Stay up to date with the latest Social Media best practices, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Analyze and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns to gain insight and assess against goals.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Organization and Attention to Detail:
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and professionally presented.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
