We are looking for a talented content and Social Media manager to bring our customer’s stories to life in creative and engaging ways that lead to purchase. You will manage the creation, calendar and content deployment on all of our Social Media accounts including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Vlog, Podcasts, and more. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content that drives customers to purchase and changes how people perceive the company and our impact to our communities.
As a Social media & Content manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, content trends, and platforms to better engage our growing following. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to always express our company’s views creatively and within brand parameters.
Responsibilities
· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily that excites customers and showcases our products and services leading to additional purchases in store and online (e.g. original text, reels, video content, photos, and news)
· Design and implement Social Media strategy to align with business goals & marketing/content calendar.
· Recruit brand loyalists and ambassadors to join the family and drive user generated content and excitement.
· Work directly with creative teams to align on all campaigns, content, stories, etc to ensure brand alignment on all channels.
· Work directly with marketing teams (both internal and contract) to deploy content in paid media channels.
· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
· Set specific objectives and report on ROI
· Built out the company podcast (think Bucket Talk, PB Nation, etc.) to help us better leverage partnerships and bring our customer’s stories to life.
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Requirements and skills:

You Should have:
· Proven work experience in content or Social Media management
· Strong video editing and creation
· High-capacity knowledge in Adobe Premier and other critical video and content editing systems
· High comfort level on camera
· Ability to organize people and content to generate successful video and/or photo shoots.
· Hands on experience in content management
· Excellent copywriting skills
· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
· Knowledge of online marketing channels
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical and multitasking skills
