```Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our Real Estate team. As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our Social Media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with our vendors to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. In addition to Social Media, you will also be responsible for our print marketing. This includes weekly and monthly mailers and newspaper ads that go out to our local community.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to align with business goals

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on Social Media platforms

- Monitor Social Media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date

- Analyze Social Media metrics and provide reports on performance

- Stay informed about emerging Social Media tools, platforms, and best practices

Skills:

- Proficient in photo editing software

- Experience using Social Media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)

- Strong research skills to identify relevant content and trends

- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track Social Media performance

- Basic video editing skills for creating engaging video content

- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies

- Understanding of advertising principles for effective promotion

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and proven history of being extremely organized

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
