Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and curate engaging high quality content (within brand standards) for Social Media posts, including graphics, and reels
- Monitor Social Media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Analyze Social Media metrics and provide regular reports on performance
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Stay informed about the latest trends in Social Media, advertising, and digital marketing
- Shoot content in store once or twice weekly
-Collaborate with Store Mgr and Social Media Coordinator to create a monthly Social Media schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques on Social Media platforms
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for clarity, grammar, and style
- Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize content for search engines
- Proficiency in Canva and Lightroom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
