Marketing and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and Social Media communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing, Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. Forecast and analyze marketing trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Create Microsites / Landing Pages: Design and create engaging microsites and landing pages to capture leads and drive conversions.

Social Media Videos and Ads: Create compelling Social Media videos and ads for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, Website, and Landing Pages. Optimize content to convert marketing ads into successful sales.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content to meet brand standards and engage the target audience.

Infomercial & TV Commercial Script and Buying: Develop persuasive infomercial and TV commercial scripts. Collaborate with media buying teams to ensure effective placement and visibility.

Positive Customer Review Support: Manage and enhance positive customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and company websites.

Increase Social Media Followers: Implement strategies to grow and engage Social Media followers across various platforms.

eBlast Scheduling: Plan and execute eBlast campaigns to reach targeted audiences.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Social Media management and digital marketing.
• Proficient in video editing software and content creation tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:30pm This position is 100% in office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
