We are also proud to be a part of The Bosch Group with its global reach and resources. We operate within the Power Tools business of Bosch. This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in the office per week).
As the North American Dremel Social Media Manager, you will be on the front lines with our Dremel customers and social followers. Gain an intimate understanding of our passionate Dremel communities while delivering meaningful, relevant, fun and engaging content. Exercise your creative muscles in creating content and influencer partnerships while serving as our go-to expert on all things social. You'll be working within our Global user marketing team and closely with our Global Social Media Lead to help introduce the Dremel brand to the next generations of hands-on enthusiasts!
Social Media Management:
- End-to-end management of NA organic social brand strategy including ideation, planning, execution, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Align with Global Social Media Lead to define, manage, and execute Social Media vision to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develops and owns KPIs for Social Media strategy to drive results towards short and long-term goals. Build and distribute social reporting including market and user insights for leadership.
- Translate global social targets into NA market strategy and own the local KPI results and development.
- Support Global Social Media Lead in building and distributing social reports including market and user insights for leadership.
- Build and implement strategy and tactics for social growth and follower acquisition the NA market. Further support in the daily operations running the global Social Media accounts on TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn including content creation and community management.
- Maintain brand integrity on social channels by adhering to style, brand, and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with digital touchpoint owners and brand marketing team to support new product launches and overarching brand campaigns.
- Obtain a deep understanding of Dremel's community and community members.
- Provide expertise for Social Media best practices and social platform knowledge and trends.
- Work with the creative team to produce in-house social content.
Influencer Management :
- Support in development and maintenance NA's Dremel's growing influencer and partnership network.
- Collaborate with NA's legal team to ensure agreements are established for influencer/partnership engagements.
A successful candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of relevant Social Media/digital brand marketing experience
- Comfort to serve as Social Media expert in training and educating others within the organization
- Corporate/business experience with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
- Strong writing skills with solid grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Capacity to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, ensuring project progression is proactively communicated to stakeholders
