Responsibilities:
-Handle customer questions and provide information about products
-Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, and product availability.
-Process incoming invoices from suppliers and vendors.
-Assist with Human Resources
-Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
-Prepare and maintain reports related to customer accounts, invoices, and payments.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
