Social Media Manager

Chick-fil-A Elmhurst is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to manage our Social Media with the purpose of keeping Chick-fil-A Elmhurst at the forefront of guests' minds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content creation for Social Media
• Posting on the store Facebook page and Instagram account about all events and promotions in a timely manner
• Respond to guests who message or leave comments
• Strategy development and execution for online marketing
• Meet or exceed goals and KPIs set in regular meetings
• Support in-store promotions and events on-site when necessary 
• Regular meetings with in-store management to review progress and discuss business/marketing needs
• Preparing bi-weekly analytics reports as well as proposals for projects
• Create strategy and budget for boosted posts
  
• Expected to work 5-10 hours per week
• All other duties as assigned

• Increase in reach and interactions that posts receive
• On average, a $10 investment should yield 1000 person reach
• Meet or exceed goals for total daily and monthly reach
• Track cost per 1000 impressions
• Typical yield rate on Social Media is 1% of redemption
• Social Media reaches its intended audience and provides meaningful content for our guests
