Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information and assistance to residents, applicants, and visitors regarding property amenities, leasing inquiries, and community resources
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintenance requests
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Collaborate with property management team to address resident concerns and inquiries promptly
Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 AM
Skills:
Knowledge of fair housing regulations is a plus

High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or receptionist role preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
