Social Media Manager (Hybrid - New Jersey)
The client believes that most moms find their breast pumps through Social Media collaborations. This is their advantage vs. the competition, and they would like to expand on this strategy by bringing on a talented manager with expertise in this space. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, responding to followers, and expanding their network. As a Social Media Manager, they expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technology and Social Media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle their Social Media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
Analyze customer expectations according to past Social Media activity.
Develop Social Media campaigns.
Update Social Media content across all channels.
Proactive outreach to potential new collaborations and past collaborations to foster a relationship to generate sales via the affiliate program and build a network.
Engage with customers and followers.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.
Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Who You Are
Experienced Social Media Manager.
Experience in developing and implementing Social Media strategies.
Display a proven track record of success.
Knowledge of best practices for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to craft engaging content.
Organized and able to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
4 year college degree in Marketing/Social Media focus.
Proven track record of Affiliate Recruitment, Social Media Posting, Customer Relations, and overall Social.
Strategy execution, and management.
