Duties:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage Social Media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring comments/messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all Social Media channels
- Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media analytics platforms
- Stay informed about emerging Social Media platforms and technologies to recommend innovative strategies
- Understand campaign goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and analyzation of data.
- Brainstorm and research targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with Social Media partners.
- Set-up promoted social posts, including coordination of assets between creative and other partners.
- Lead status & reporting for social platform partners.
- Development of end of campaign reports and crafting insights reporting.
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Experience with photography and creating visually appealing content
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies for driving online sales
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating graphics
- Understanding of public relations principles and ability to manage brand reputation on Social Media
- Ability to conduct social listening and respond effectively to customer feedback or inquiries
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience running paid Social Media campaigns
- Basic web design skills are a plus
· 2– 5 years of experience in Social Media
· Interested in fashion
· Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
· Understanding of full-funnel tactics in paid social from upper funnel down to direct response strategies and tactics
