Salary*Position:* Social Media Manager
*Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Create and curate engaging content across various platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
3. Manage day-to-day activities on Social Media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
4. Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to optimize Social Media efforts.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
6. Foster community engagement by responding to audience inquiries and moderating discussions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Social Media into overall marketing initiatives.
8. Monitor and manage Social Media advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
9. Stay updated on platform algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Implement social listening to gather insights and enhance brand perception.
11. Produce budgets for individual campaigns.
12. Develop monthly reports for management team to analyze full metrics.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Must have knowledge of ad accounts on TikTok, Snap, Meta.
- Understand pixel accounts and lead tracking
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically to drive engagement.
- Familiarity with Social Media advertising and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Willing to travel in between multiple offices for content creation.
