We're looking for an experienced and professional Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team and assist in managing our clients' Social Media accounts. You'll be responsible for creating copy, graphic, and video content, managing posts, reels, and captions, engaging with followers, and performing client administration tasks, including fostering client relationships and necessary communications with their teams.
As a Social Media manager on our team, we'll expect you to be up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and platform updates, specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Additionally, the best-suited candidate would have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, an out-of-the-box thinker, and be able to express our clients' company's views unique to their brand voice.

Responsibilities
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
- Strategize and implement Social Media strategies to align with client's business goals
- Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, reels, TikToks)
- Client community management: (Communicate with client page followers/engage)
- Oversee Social Media platforms' design (Facebook page cover, profile pictures, Instagram highlights, etc.)
- Be on-site for content shoots in the NJ/NYC Area
- Available for in-office work days at our Midtown Co-working Space
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in Social Media, design tools, and applications
- Create creative graphics in Canva, CapCut, Inshot, etc.
- Create reels on Instagram and know how to post them with best practices
- Create and post Instagram stories with best practices
- Know how to post content to IG, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn with best practices
- Needs to be comfortable talking to/individually meeting with clients and carry a professional demeanor
- ***MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL***
- Know how to manage time well and be a self-starter, one who can take initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Has an up-to-date iPhone and Apple computer
- Excellent copywriting skills - for FB, IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok captions

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/Coordinator
- Hands-on experience in Social Media management
- Excellent copywriting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17 – 20 per week
