- 75% of clients who report improvement in their depression see improvement within 60 days.
- 50% of clients who initially report suicidal ideation no longer harbor suicidal thoughts after treatment with Cerebral.

This is a short-term 1099 contract position working up to 10 hours per week (similar to freelance work).

The Role:
Cerebral is looking for a creative, community-focused Social Media Manager to support the Brand Marketing team. This role will empower and inspire each person who touches our brand by fostering 1:1 relationships across our Social Media handles.
This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the Cerebral owned social strategy to enhance brand awareness and increase segment engagement. This role involves ideating on and curating relevant content, managing Social Media platforms, analyzing Social Media data, and staying updated with industry trends and Social Media best practices.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of Social Media management experience at a B2C brand, preferably within the health and wellness space (but not required)
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with video-centric platforms such as TikTok and YouTube is highly desired
- Experience creating dynamic Social Media content that encourages engagement
- Experience managing an online community is preferred
- Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or equivalent industry experience

- Manage our social content calendar with content that highlights Cerebral's mission and values
- Ensure that Cerebral maintains a consistent voice and strategic message across priority social platforms
- Manage social campaigns that support business goals for segment growth, brand engagement, and brand affinity and consideration
- Prepare regular performance reports on Social Media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Be a content creator that can help ideate and execute upon social-first creative
- Engage, interact, and help expand Cerebral's community on Social Media, which could include responding to comments/messages, engaging with relevant content, identifying cultural moments and conversations that we want to participate in, etc.
- Manage UGC and influencer relationships as needed to support social content curation
