Job description

RE/MAX LLC is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer a B2B strategy for our networking Social Media accounts. You will be responsible for digital strategy development, organic content creation and curation, comment moderation and online community management. You will cultivate, engage and grow the Social Media community across various owned properties, and develop KPIs that measure Social Media performance.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and Social Media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. This role will work closely with the Communications, Recruiting and Retention, Franchise Sales, Events, Global, Approved Suppliers Team, and RE/MAX University as well as with the Creative and Productions teams and outside agencies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop relevant content topics to reach a B2B audience; including real estate agents, brokers and potential franchise owners.
• Create content consistent with the overall Recruiting and Retention strategies and manage a detailed editorial calendar.
• Execute organic content in collaboration with the paid strategy to grow RE/MAX's Social Media channels including followers and impressions.
• Measure and track the success of current campaigns to inform future projects and initiatives by creating monthly and quarterly reports.
• Interact with followers on RE/MAX network Social Media channels in an appropriate and engaging manner.
• Stay connected to internal departments to help inform and identify new initiatives and opportunities for content.
• Identify and escalate any potential crisis situations and assist with crisis protocol if a situation occurs.
• Oversee creative design for Social Media assets. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan and execute deadline driven campaigns and messages.
• Advise and assist internal departments on Social Media strategy and facilitate integration across brand strategies and tactics.
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Have the ability and confidence to engage with trends in a timely manner on behalf of the brand.
• Ensure content is reviewed and approved for publication by the compliance team and appropriate internal and external partners.
• Manage and oversee production of high-quality photo and video and have an eye for high-performing social imagery and video content including producing short videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Advise and develop relevant Social Media content for real estate professionals and provide training on upcoming Social Media trends and best practices.
• Brainstorm, source and execute influencer Social Media marketing campaigns and sweepstakes/giveaways, partnering with the Creative, Approved Suppliers, Customer Service, Legal and Finance Teams.

EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of Social Media marketing experience within a fast-paced company.
• Experience running Social Media channels for B2B businesses, including conceptualization and execution of social campaigns that fuel engagement.
• Attention to detail, correctness and visual quality.
• Experience producing high engaging short form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Extensive knowledge of mainstream and emerging social channels (Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Experience sourcing, tracking, managing and reporting on the development and publishing of engaging B2B content
• Experience using a Social Media management and listening platform such as Emplifi, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, etc.
• History of experimentation and improvement through validated learning.
REQUIREMENTS
• Highly collaborative, cross-functional teammate.
• Strong analytical ability, including knowledge of how to use data from Social Media platforms to optimize performance and inform future decisions
• 0-5% travel required for this position (additional travel requirements may be required for special projects)
Hire Range/Rate:
$55,000 - $67,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
