Role Summary

The Senior Manager of Social Media at ClearChoice will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive Social Media strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire Social Media ecosystem, from strategy development to content creation and community engagement. The role involves managing relationships with external agencies, optimizing Social Media budgets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance ClearChoice's presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy:
  • Design and implement a robust Social Media strategy aligned with ClearChoices overall marketing objectives and brand strategy
  • Define and develop ClearChoices presence on relevant Social Media channels, tailoring strategies to each platforms unique audience and characteristics
• Content Planning and Creative Development/Production:
  • Create an annual organic marketing content plan, collaborating with internal teams to produce engaging and shareable content.
  • Oversee creative and content production with agency, internal creative resources and contractors
  • Basic editing and designing skills are a plus - to enable production and launch speed when needed and to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing brand image.
• Influencer Activation:
  • Develop an operational plan to activate influencers, the doctor network, patients, and the dental implant community on Social Media and to generate content 
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and advocates to amplify ClearChoices reach and credibility
• Collaboration with ClearChoice Centers:
  • Work closely with ClearChoice centers to develop, review, edit, and approve organic content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
• Agency Management:
  • Lead and manage relationships with external Social Media agencies to ensure effective collaboration and execution of campaigns.
• Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the Social Media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
• Social Media Buying:
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Social Media buying to optimize paid campaigns, boost organic content and drive strategic objectives

Qualifications 

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Social Media management with a focus on strategy development and execution
• Experience with in house creative development, and takes a hands-on approach
• Experience with basic production, editing, and designing tools
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of Social Media analytics and tracking tools
• Previous experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus
