Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for bringing imagination and life to the brand’s Social Media profiles and campaigns. This includes the full suite of platforms for Motto Mortgage headquarters, Motto Mortgage franchise sales, the Motto Mortgage network, and wemlo. This position’s focus will be on managing the day-to-day content and schedule across all platforms including developing innovative, creative ideas to grow our social network communities as well as create post libraries for our self-service marketing systems. Demonstrated growth in following, reach, and engagement are essential. Additionally, this position is key in helping evolve and manage Social Media brand and voice – serving as the company’s social subject matter expert (SME).
Primary Job Duties:
- Builds, evolves, and executes Social Media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Manages the creation of content calendars including campaigns, events, Social Media and blog posts.
- Publishes regular content across all Social Media platforms.
- Develops and manages library of social assets for the network to utilize.
- Provides timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations for Social Media programs.
- Manages Social Media policy and procedures and has thorough understanding of industry requirements.
- Creates and manages the Social Media training program for the franchise development, sales, marketing teams, and franchisees.
- Manages social listening, competitive analysis, response management, reputation management activities, and platforms.
- Collaborates with content team to brainstorm, compile, and publish content to website blogs.
- Consults on social advertising plans, creative, and audiences.
- Drafts Social Media copy and uses templated design and video tools to assist in content creation.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
Years of Experience: 3-5 Years

Hire Range/Rate:
$64,800 - $79,650
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
