What you will do:
- Manage the posting and scheduling of long-form and short-form videos on Peak Support’s Social Media platforms.
- Monitor and provide thoughtful and timely responses to audience interactions on our Social Media platforms and foster a positive interaction with the online community.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address escalated issues and provide solutions to community concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align community engagement strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Create engaging and SEO-friendly descriptions for digital content to ensure accurate representation and optimization for search engines.
- Consistently use Peak Support’s Tone of Voice (TOV) for messaging across all content descriptions.
- Monitor branded email communications, categorizing essential inquiries, questions, and concerns to direct them to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring prompt responses to our online communities.
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Engagement Specialist.
- Are experienced in comment moderation management and/or community building (preferred).
- Have strong written and verbal skills.
- Can adapt Peak Support’s TOV across all interactions and communications.
- Are proficient in navigating Social Media platforms and the use of moderation tools.
- Have knowledge and experience in SEO and creating content (preferred).
- Are highly organized, can multitask, and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Are collaborative and work well with a team.
- Are quick learners and creative thinkers.
