This is an exciting opportunity for anexperienced and talented Social Media Specialist to elevate our Social Mediapresence and further develop their skills on the #1 radio station in El Paso,The Fox 92.3 FM.
As a part of Entravision's CES team, the ContentEngagement Specialist will work with the Radio Content and Local Digital Salesdepartments under the guidance of the Senior Vice President (SVP) ofEntravision El Paso.
Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist reportsdirectly to market SVP. The role will require working with multipledepartments on a daily basis meeting their content needs in the creation ofvideos, posts and other content to fulfill sold digital campaigns as well aswork with Radio talent and content operations to create engaging and creativecontent that promotes and improves the Radio station pages and profile online.
The principal focus will be to manage the Social Media pages connected to theFox 92.3 FM. As the Social Media CES,this person will help create and manage innovative and engaging campaigns onmultiple social/media platforms. The Social Media Specialist must takeownership of our multiple social/media platforms, have excellent productcontent creation skills and be capable of leading campaigns from ideation,production and through completion. They will utilize a combination of socialnetwork management, community engagement, and activation as an influencer tohelp drive the overall media/social strategy in order to meet revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Ideate with the marketing team to create innovative, engaging, and effective branded content for Clients
Be a creative collaborator: Have the ability to be the voice of the brand (Radio Pages) to create content that is authentic and powerful for all channels
Create/Curate written and graphic content for multiple media/social platforms in line with the Fox 92.3 brand
Manage all media/social platforms to help promote community engagement, support our values, and increase sales
Manage content calendar to ensure a cohesive and consistent stream of new content for audience engagement while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize engagement
Stay up to date with the latest Social Media trends
Collaborate with other CES team members to optimize content and fulfill multi-market campaigns.
Consistently connect with the Los Angeles Content department leadership and team to ensure synergy buy-in and collaboration
Consistently connect with the Audio Content leadership and team to ensure promotion of the station content on Social Media
Work with the Video Production team for VOs and production assistance and needed
Will be trained in music scheduling to support the On Air Talent/Programming team and to fully familiarize and ideate with the Fox 92.3 Brand

Skills/Requirements
3+ years of experience in product content marketing, Social Media management, or digital marketing strategy
Be comfortable with being the face of the brand and have a dynamic personality to bring content to life
Deep understanding and experience in multiple media/social platforms
Strong visual ability to create high-quality and brand-specific content across all social channels.
Strong knowledge and interest in influencer marketing
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
PreferredQualifications;
Knowledge of Photoshop & Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Media
Understanding and ability to operate digital apps and devices for video creation
