Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Enter Bills and Attach to Work Orders, Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed
- Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with various departments to provide outstanding Property Management, including entering and tracking tenant work orders, etc.
- Utilize accounting software and Property Management software to maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Property Management Specialist or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, debits, credits, and account analysis
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
