Job Overview:
The Site Administrator is responsible for supporting the program leadership in daily operations, artistic excellence, and administrative duties. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of programs and resources, building community with Students, Families, and Teaching Artists, and ensuring that the program meets its objectives and goals effectively.
Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities)
- Strive to create and implement programming that is culturally responsive, community based and anti-racist, aligning with Harmony Project’s mission.
- Assists in implementing overall program design and schedule.
- Supports the Assistant Program Manager and Program Manager with on-site supervision and support of group classes, ensembles, and other programs.
- Supports Students and Families both as a whole and as an individual.
- Supports Teaching Artists as both a team and individual.
- Provides support for concerts and activities.
- Provides support for collection and management of student data.
- Provides support in communicating with families.

- Working knowledge of Slack, Monday, Canva, Mailchimp, and Typeform.
- Spanish proficiency desired
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in an area related to youth education and programming, preferably in the field of music or community development.
- High School Diploma plus minimum 4 years’ experience in an area related to youth education and programming can also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in related field.
- Knowledge of working in community and school partnerships.
- Prior nonprofit work experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Additional Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
- A reliable means of transportation.
- Flexible work schedule to include some weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
