Job Summary
Team Managers are responsible for managing a Site Acquisition Team for their market. Working closely with RE Leadership to make sure that staffing and P&L are in line. The Team Manager will manage Site Acquisition personnel as well as Site Acquisition Project Managers to accomplish market objectives for their customers. The Team Manager will work with the market and the client to manage feasibility, time frame and scope of work for acquisition activities. This role will work with the team and the Market Lead to make sure customer objectives are being met, all opportunities are being recognized and cross-team resources are being utilized. The Team Manager will also own and maintain assigned client relationships, often spanning more than one market, as well as work to grow new relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Mentor SAC Team members.
- Oversee Site Acquisition project team and communicating resource needs to RE Leadership team
- Work directly with Site Acquisition Project Managers and assist in all aspects of project.
- Establish, implement, and maintain standardized procedures for tracking deliverables and update of market trackers.
- Ensure proper flow of information concerning Site Acquisition, permitting and notice to proceed to, construction among the Site Acquisition team, the market project managers. and the client to facilitate a smooth and efficient operation process.
- Work with Site Acquisition personnel, managers, client, and client legal team to resolve business and legal approval issues.
- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of execution of Site Acquisition Team. This includes overall division operations, use and implantation of technology and targeted recruitment efforts.
- Act as point of escalation for clients while continuing to participate in all site status calls, meetings, and reporting as required by customer.
- Own all financial aspects of project including target margins and performance against those margins.
- Establish and implement internal reporting using deployed software tools to allow for senior management to quickly ascertain project status.
- Work to grow market opportunities across the organization

- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent computer/reporting skills, including a high level of proficiency with MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools.
- A work ethic to drive projects and tasks to finish on time, overcoming any obstacles along the way.
- The expertise to solve problems, drawing on your experiences and using existing resources to effectively resolve any issues.
- A desire to take the initiative, seizing opportunities when you see them.

- Strong financial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on budget and within acceptable performance margins.
