```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Team Manager to lead a team 5-8 Facilities Maintenance staff as they perform daily facility operations and maintenance of critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems. The FTM will be responsible for leading their team in the successful completion of assigned tasks, coordinating site coverage and developing the skills of their team.
```Duties:```
o Will be assigned a small team of 5-8 Facility Technicians to manage.
o Manage daily operations of assigned team to include workload balancing, material/tool purchasing and work order completion
o Drives team productivity utilizing CMMS to review open work orders, assign work orders as required by site needs and review any discrepancies with technicians
o With Director/FM assistance, leads assigned team in weekly/monthly/annual training topics and recommends additional training to individuals as required
o Provides 1st level approval for all material and tool orders via multiple supply sources
o Acts as the primary point of contact to team members and customer POC regarding issues that arise during the assigned work week
o Responsible for ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner
o Oversee and coordinate repairs and planned maintenance of systems to include HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and other Facility related items
o Utilize external vendors where expertise or time is limited to ensure high quality and uptime is achieved
o Conduct regular walkthroughs of your assigned building and grounds to ensure that the site is clean and free from hazards
o Plan and schedule all preventative maintenance (PM) work orders assigned to your respective team
o Assist FM with scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing work handled by outside contractors and vendors
o Ensure that customer standards for using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) use are being adhered to by all staff
o Oversee accuracy and completeness of the CMMS, produce operational reports as needed.
o Enforce strict adherence to customer SLAs and change control activities
o Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing work handled by outside contractors and vendors
o Assist the FM in managing site safety and environmental compliance
o Assist the FM in performing resource planning, cost estimation, and budget development
o Assist in the coordination with all other internal groups (development, marketing, etc.) as needed
o Manage special projects as assigned
o Adhere to all federal and local safety laws
o Other duties as assigned
```Skills:```
o Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
o Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
o Ability to manage projects (of medium complexity) as it pertains to building systems and Facilities Maintenanceo
o Must have 5 years of experience in Facilities Management with at least 1 year spent in a supervisory role.
o Must be able to pass background and drug test
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical capacity
o Effectively work in fast -paced environment
o Detail oriented and organized
