DAY-TO-DAY
As a Sales Executive/ Neuropathy Protocol Specialist, you come to work each day ready to assist the doctor in gathering information and presenting recommendations to our practice members. You are a people-person by nature and enjoy working one-on-one with our patients as you provide comprehensive consultations, perform portions of their exams, and explain the protocols to enroll new patients.
Your day will look like this: A new patient will come into the office for an initial consultation. You will meet them and start their consultation, gathering information on their main concern. The doctor will then do an exam and pass you the information they found and the chosen protocol. You will then explain the protocol to the patient and enroll the patient into the program. Once a patient starts the Neuropathy Program, you will help to explain the equipment to them, track with them during the course of their program, and lead them into premier health. From the first phone call with the patient, to delivering short informational seminar intros, to looking for new ways to reach our community in order to help them avoid the progressive effects of neuropathy, you are a valuable asset to our growing team. From start to finish, you help support our patients throughout their health journeys. Whether working as a financial liaison or assisting with payments, you find it fulfilling that your job is diverse and there are always new things to learn. We provide you with every tool and opportunity to be the best version of yourself and the best asset to our clinic. Each day, you take part in the incredible healing that occurs in our office!
