Essential Duties:
· Checks, counts, verify, and documents all delivered products.
· Checks products received against Invoice; signs Invoice.
· Provides all departments with products needed from coolers and or dry storage.
· Communicates with Warehouse Manager and Buyer to resolve receiving issues.
· Keeps loading docks clean and clear for continuous use.
· Assists in loading and unloading products and pallets on and off trucks.
· Assists where needed.
· Receives and Pulls orders in a timely manner.
· Verifies that all orders are correct and complete.
· Maintains all shipping records and keeps files and papers organized for future reference.
· Stocks products on shelves.
· Rotates products.
· Prepares all outgoing shipments.
· Takes inventory of the stockrooms as shipments go out.
· Conducts final verification of orders before loading into truck.
· Ensures drivers are taking the deliveries that correspond to them.
· Assists where needed.
· Adheres to all Safety and Quality regulations
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a warehouse setting .Licensed fork lift operator a plus. Ability to operate a pallet jack. Ability to lift/and or move 50 pounds. Perform very physical duties, including but not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, and walking. Work continuously on your feet for 8 hours or more. Work under refrigeration 40-50 degrees. Strong Observation and Interpersonal skills. Sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision.
