We are looking for a 1st shift, Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Corona, CA team!
1st Shift Hours: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Core Contributions:
Shipping and Receiving Management:

• Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments
• Compare shipment details with documentation
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with drivers
• Document shipping activities within our ERP system
• Process receipts and document incoming shipments

Customer Service:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers and drivers

Logistics Coordination:

• Manage correspondence with carriers and team members
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with drivers
• Recommend shipping methods
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

Safety and Organization:

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Equipment Operation:

• Operate forklift equipment safely
• Load trucks, flatbeds, or containers

Documentation and Labeling:

• Affix shipping labels, instructions, and postage
• Document shipping activities within our ERP system

Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Manage shipping materials and supplies

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma or GED OR 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of forklift experience
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and work under pressure
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Proficiency in computer tasks (inventory, data entry, work orders)
• Experience with UPS and FedEx software is preferred
