Team Description:
As a member of the Shipping & Receiving team, you will support engineers and scientists. You will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Neuralink employee experience and be the 'go-to person' for one of the most talented teams in the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process, package, and ship domestic and international orders accurately including scheduling courier pickups and deliveries
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify, and upload packing slips and file invoices
- Keep the Shipping and Receiving area clean and organized daily
- Support the Operations Manager in daily operations like ordering items, assembling furniture, etc.
- Deliver by being extremely handy, resourceful, flexible and adaptable and having a "no task is too big or too small," team player mindset
- Excitement to learn from software, mechanical, electrical, materials, biological engineers, and neuroscientists and ability to work and communicate cross-functionally with these teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Take the initiative to be proactive and a self starter
Required Qualifications:
- High School or GED diploma
- Driver's License
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Forklift certification
- DOT certification
- CPR/First aid certification
