Classic Home Shipping Clerk 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM. ( Monday - Friday) I may be required to come in early from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY. This position is responsible for assisting the Shipping Manager with general office tasks. The main task will be freighting orders in the WMS system. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Shipping Department using world ship websites to create UPS/FedEx labels for daily orders and get quotes. Create Bill of Ladings Assist with freighting orders in the WMS system. Assist with delivering packages to various office locations. Creating pick list for warehouse Creating packing list for orders Assist with any other warehouse projects or related tasks assigned by Shipping Manager. Follows all Company policies, rules, and regulations; adheres to and complies with OSHA Safety Standards. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS High School diploma Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) 2 years experience working in an office/warehouse environment. Well organized; punctual; dependable Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills; follow direction well. Be able to work in a team warehouse/office environment. Any WMS experience is preferred. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) OTHER: Able to lift at least 25 lbs. Walking up and downstairs from 1st to 2nd floor. Able to walk around the facility 30% of the time. Able to work overtime as needed.
