The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) independently performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical assignments in the Office of Professional Development & Engagement (OPDE), Engagement Services Unit (ESU). The AGPA serves as a Data and Information Technology (IT) Internship, Apprenticeship, and Fellowship Coordinator and is responsible for managing and leading the more complex and difficult activities to support the establishment of a talent pipeline consisting of a robust internship, fellowship, and apprenticeship program designed to recruit talent with essential IT, data, and informatics skills.
The AGPA also works collaboratively with internal and external partners and stakeholders to coordinate program activities.
Remote/hybrid work is available for this position, in accordance with CDPH's Telework Policy and Procedures. Employees are required to travel periodically to the East End Complex in Downtown Sacramento for work-related activities.
