You’ll be standing shoulder to shoulder with industry makers and company builders.

Position

EnGoPlanet is currently seeking dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialists for our Houston location. This critical role involves handling the logistics of receiving and dispatching goods, managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Candidates with experience in forklift operation, heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety and efficiency are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

• Efficiently handle the Shipping and Receiving of warehouse goods and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and proficiently.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of shipments, including packing, labeling, and loading.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize processes and ensure timely deliveries.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in Shipping and Receiving, warehouse operations, or a similar field.
• Forklift operation certification and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and remain standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in warehouse management a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
