Shift Lead/Barista

WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY IS A MUST. We are currently hiring to fill shift lead roles but will prioritize those that are able to work weekday morning and evenings. Must be comfortable working alone as there are shifts where there is one person on shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they come into the restaurant
• Operate a touch-sensitive POS System to take orders via in person and phone
• Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Prepare drinks
• Closing and opening the store

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Starting wage: $16.00 Per Hour starting, with possible promotion to $17 within a few months if performance is sufficient

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
• Boba store experience a plus
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

• Food Handler (Required)

Work authorization:

• United States (Required)

Additional Compensation:

• Tips are split evenly between those working the same shift

Hours Per week

· 15-25 hours per week on average. Those who perform well and are reliable will have priority when being assigned shifts
