Qualifications
- Able to operate all food preparation equipment and tools efficiently, specifically blenders and juicers
- Available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week AND a minimum of 4 days
- Capable of spending a minimum of 90% of working time standing
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, handle, reach with arms and hands, squat, crawl, climb, stoop, and perform other related physical activities
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Overall operational knowledge

Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
- Work with the manager(s) to monitor the company’s integrity and maintain profitability
- Communicate goals to associate level employees and ensure adherence to JUGO’s policies
- Act as the responsible person in the absence of a manager
- Actively engage with the local community, vendors, neighboring storefront employees, and local community events

Leadership Responsibilities
- Motivate and evaluate all Associates

Service and Operational Duties

Customer Relations and Safety
- Stay updated on all company communications

- Inspect serving, food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety compliance
- Correct unsafe practices or conditions

- Report sensitive Associate relation issues to GM

Cost Management & Profitability
- Maintain and control store assets
- Monitor on-hand inventory for waste and theft

- Follow all policies, procedures, recipes, health codes & safety regulations
