Barista/Shift Lead - Weekends

```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Train and supervise team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food industry or retail environment
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems or cash registers
- Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts or sales tax
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Passion for the boba/coffee industry and knowledge of different drink making methods is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
