Responsibilities:
- Assign work orders to vendors
- Follow up on work orders and gather completion documents
- Create quotes and send information documents
- Ensure quotes have proper breakdowns and descriptions
- Obtain proper breakdowns and descriptions if not available
- Follow up and enter data related to work order
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication skills – Both email and phone
- Data entry skills
- Pleasant phone voice and demeaner
- One year of office experience required
- No Customer Service experience required
