WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Performing video chats to diagnose/repair with customers for warranty related issues.
- Gathering information for ordering parts and scheduling service appointments.
- Following up on scheduled virtual service assessments via video chat.
- Schedule services with homeowners and RbA Service Technicians
- Quote parts and labor cost for non-warranty services
- Verify that payment has been received for any billable order prior to ordering or scheduling.
- Enter required notes at every point of action and customer contact.
- Document customer contact through rForce
- Other job duties as assigned
- Type, speak, & write daily.
- Works regularly in an office setting.
- Continuous sitting up to 8 hours a day.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers
- Attention to detail
- Experience & Education:
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Hands on experience with fixing windows and doors
