SalaryRenewal by Andersen is looking for someone who can conduct virtual service assessments via video call to diagnose service and warranty related issues, walking customers through minor adjustments and fixes, and scheduling and ordering parts for repair work. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can go above and beyond to assist customers with their window and door needs after installation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Performing video chats to diagnose/repair with customers for warranty related issues.
- Gathering information for ordering parts and scheduling service appointments.
- Following up on scheduled virtual service assessments via video chat.
- Schedule services with homeowners and RbA Service Technicians
- Quote parts and labor cost for non-warranty services
- Verify that payment has been received for any billable order prior to ordering or scheduling.
- Enter required notes at every point of action and customer contact.
- Document customer contact through rForce
- Other job duties as assigned
- Type, speak, & write daily.
- Works regularly in an office setting.
- Continuous sitting up to 8 hours a day.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers
- Attention to detail
- Experience & Education:
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Hands on experience with fixing windows and doors
