Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Assist customers with tool rental related questions at the rental/tool repair counter.
- Schedule Rental deliveries in person, on the phone, via fax or email.
- Answer questions – price, availability, and application of products.
- Clean rented tools when they are returned.
- Work the Saturday & Monday evening schedule.
Some of the requirements of this position are:
- A desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer skills are preferred but not required.
