Ken Ganley Honda is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our service department! The idea candidate has some knowledge of vehicle service/repairs, scheduling experience, excellent phone skills, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the system
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Work with service advisors to keep customers updated
-Continuously update customers on the status of their vehicle
-Call and email customers with current, open recalls on their vehicle
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Automotive Knowledge on a basic level to answer customer inquires
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
