Location: The Trane Pacific Southwest Region is hiring for this position in Rocklin, California.
This role has been designated as Remote within Geography. Requiring no less than 1 day in a local branch office and maybe more frequently during the assimilation period. While flexibility to work remotely. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
Job Summary:
As a Regional Service Agreement Specialist, you will join Trane's best in class Commercial HVAC team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in building efficiency and sustainability through our Service offerings. In this role, you will function as a key individual responsible for driving top tier customer satisfaction for all existing clients. This position works closely with all services team members to ensure on-time renewal of Service Agreements. This position will require functions that support efficiency and a regional standard process evaluating contract performance, coordinating local office meetings for renewal reviews, and collaborating with local Account Managers and Estimators to ensure renewal estimates are created and all audit requirements are met at turnover.
This position works closely with all services team members and customers to ensure that their service needs are met. This position will require functions that support efficiency in sales growth along with delivering on a core business principle which is doing business with Trane an ease.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SA renewal process beginning at 120 days from expiration and coordinates local office meetings for SA renewal reviews targeting those SA that are approaching and/or beyond expiration
- Maintain shared Service Agreement tracking tool/dashboard to be used during review meetings.
- Provides administrative support for both acquisition and fulfillment in running timely reports and ensuring Service Agreements are reviewed and escalated to ensure on-time renewal.
- Support evaluation of contract performance, compliance, asset data, and other items to be addressed as part of the renewal process.
- Aids in the process of service work which may include but limited to: Credit Approvals, Contract Management, Transition Documentation, Certificate of Insurances
- Assists in the generation of necessary renewal documents and follow up on delayed renewals.
- Ensure all necessary audit documentation is uploaded into appropriate storage location.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related area and/or equivalent with 2 years minimum related work experience in a customer service focus capacity is preferred.
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) products and office equipment required.
- Ability to clearly communicate including presentation skills and develop relationships.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus, high sense of urgency to complete tasks, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate ability to be self-driven, a collaborative team player, and assertive with solutions.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Base Compensation Range: $74,300-$98,700. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
