Description:

The Sales Support & Analytics Specialistis responsible for various administrative duties for the Sales department and assisting the Sales Manager & Assistant Sales Manager as needed. The Sales Administrator also provides support for our sales representatives, ensuring impeccable, all-around customer service.


Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the following:

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner and excel in administrative duties
  • Provide all aspects of administrative support to Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager and Design Consultants
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
  • Create training material as directed by Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information, answer queries or resolve problems as needed
  • Assist with Qlik, Enabled, SalesForce and other reports
  • Ability to work flexible hours both in-office or at home as needed and run business errands
  • Run various reports, including but not limited to job costing, bonus, commission, and KPI reports using Qlik, Enabled, Salesforce, and other softwares
  • Populate & manage dashboards to improve efficiency and effectiveness with data tracking and monitoring efforts
  • Rank and Assign sales leads
  • Schedule measure appointments and create job opportunities in Salesforce
  • Prepare augmented reality visualizer photos for homeowner before scheduled appointment times
  • Write or proofread new and existing standard operating procedures, sales policies, or sales communication
  • Assist with meeting preparation and take meeting minutes
  • Manage sales task lists to meet deadlines and include action items discussed in meetings
  • Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned

To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a driver’s license and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RBA's insurance, and provide copies to the Human Resource department

  • Detail oriented, highly organized, team player

  • Must be able to withstand the rigors of frequent interruptions and changes in duties assigned
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and One Drive
  • Proficient with excel formulas, report building, data entry, and data compilation
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines
