The Sales Renewal Specialist will work closely with internal resources to develop strategies to attain successful customer renewals and maximize customer retention. They will be responsible for achieving goals for renewal rate, quote generation, replenishment, progressing perpetual and subscription renewals. They will work directly with the end user's resellers and in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive data gathering, qualification, and quoting to bring renewals to a close. Identify customer needs and demonstrate account management capabilities to enhance renewal rates.
- Collaborate with internal resources such as Account Executives and Operations to develop strategies for upcoming renewals.
- Support Account Executives in quote generations and pricing approvals, and ensure compliance with published sales policies.
- Facilitate the sales process by organizing and booking customer meetings.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges within the Sales Organization in a proactive and timely manner.
- Be the gatekeeper of sales documents such as NDA and customer master agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting in new customer applications and registrations.
- 20% ad-hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a business or technical field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Relentless attention to details.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a focus on driving results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Proven influencer and negotiator.
- HubSpot experience a strong plus.
- Zoho experience a strong plus.
