We are looking for a Service Administrative Assistant to join us immediately. Preferred candidates are very precise workers and cooperative team players. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role will be required. Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus! Successful candidates have an eye for managing detail work and are accepting of Chapman policies.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls
- Document account information
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Process check-by-phone and ACH requests
- Speak with customers and type notes simultaneously
- Review and update various excel reports per department
- Assist customers with payments
- Handle customer complaints with a high level of customer service and refer customers to a supervisor when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is a plus!
- Supportive and collaborative in a team environment

- Professional personal appearance
