A great Administrative Assistant can make all the difference in the ease with which our workday runs. We are looking for a high energy, friendly and organized person for our busy HVAC office.
As an office administrative assistant you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of phone calls and people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering, screening and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Work with scheduling and payables to complete billing tasks creating customer invoices.
- Compile work orders.
- Invoice work orders
- Send Customer statements
- Call customers to collect past due balances.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, scanning etc.
- Assist the office manager and other personnel as need.
Qualifications: - Superb Customer Service skills, - Excellent written and oral communication skill, - Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills is a must, Quick books experience a plus - Must be willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
