Server/Waiter

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Skills:
- Culinary knowledge to provide accurate information about menu items
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: $16.25 - $21.03 per hour
