Server/Waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders and phone orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a highly FAST-PACED restaurant environment.

Schedule:

- 2 to 3 days a week (or more) as covers may be needed.

- Tuesday - Saturday (4:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Pay:

- Base Pay: $16/hour

- Tips: Tips are split and given as cash at the end of the shift. Tips can reach up to $100(+) a night, making the pay up to $36(+)/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
