Server/Waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver checks to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and willing to help out wherever needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
